SHIPMENT

  1. Member or non-Member purchases may be sent to their desired location with a shipment fee corresponding to the volume of purchase. The shipment fee will be paid together with the product purchase.
  2. Product shipment within Metro Manila is within 2-3 working days in good weather condition.
  3. Product shipment in the rest of Luzon (outside Metro Manila) is within 3-5 working days in good weather condition.
  4. Product shipment through air freight in Visayas and Mindanao area is within 3-7 working days in good weather condition.
  5. The company has commissioned official logistics provider for product shipments and will not deal with other personally nominated courier service by customers.
  6. The company sets 5:00 PM as cut-off of all products for shipment from Monday to Friday only. All products for shipment until 5:00 PM is due for pick-up by courier on the following working day. No deliveries can be done on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  7. Consignees must check all items upon receipt and prior to receiving a document from courier. Consignees are given 24 hours to report any variances in delivery, otherwise any complaint after 24 hours will be waived.
